Apartment is in beautiful villa just 50 meters from the sea and 10 minutes nice walk along the sea to old town, in amazing part of Zadar, tourist part BORIK... Modern and comfortable, 65 m2, it has one nice bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with living room and balcony. In living room is also one sofa for two person. The house is new, finished in summer 2013. and our guests are more than satisfied. You have here everything you need for pleasant stay; linen, towels and dishes in kitchen, air-condition, FREE WI-FI. Parking around the house is in private property. Nearby house are few restaurants and bars by the sea .... several beach are few minutes walk from house as well as tennis courts (50 meters) All taxes are included in the price.
