Nestled in the quiet village of Ghasri with panoramic valley views, but no more than a 5 minute drive to the capital, Victoria, Dar tal-Kaptan offers a warm, sensual and idyllic sanctuary to re-generate and re-invent yourself. Inhabiting a 350 year old farmhouse with unique architectural features, and converted to a high standard residence offering comfort, charm and relaxation, Dar tal-Kaptan features four themed guest suites, all with their own bathroom, private lounge area and outdoor terraces with fantastic views. Each exquisitely decorated suite has a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, air-conditioning and fans, wi-fi access, complimentary toiletries, towels and fresh fruit. This home exudes warmth and sensuality with its eclectic collection of erotic art, sculptures, paintings and books. A full buffet breakfast is included in your room rate. Your hosts live in the house too, and so do two friendly small dogs. We are both qualified masseurs. Peter is a doctor by profession and Warren teaches English as a foreign language.
House Rules
Guests will be asked to make a deposit/part-payment via paypal or banktransfer to Dar tal-Kaptan upon making a reservation to secure booking. Smoking is only allowed outside on the private terraces. Guests may smoke by the pool only if other guests do not object. The books and DVDs displayed in the library are at your disposal during your stay. Please remember to return them to the library before your departure. The use of illicit substances is not allowed on the premises. We expect guests to be tolerant, have an open mind and to be considerate of other guests' religious beliefs, customs, opinions and sexual orientation. Regarding breakfast, guests with special dietary needs should inform the hosts prior to their arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets as we have two very friendly and docile dogs and a garden cat. Due to the different levels and stairs of this historic structure, the residence is unsuitable for children or persons with mobility difficulties.
