Our home is located in the peaceful Mill Pond Commnuty Richmond Hill, offering easy access to both the city center and nearby attractions. Alongside me and my husband, our friendly dog is part of the family and loves meeting guests. We provide a comfortable guest bedroom with cozy furnishings, ensuring a restful stay. Our living spaces include a bright lounge area, a welcoming dining room, and a lovely outdoor patio where guests can relax. As a family, we enjoy cooking, exploring local parks, and sharing our love for food and culture. *We have 2 rooms available, each with a separate washroom, offering comfort and privacy for our guests. *We prefer long-term bookings and welcome female students to stay in our warm and friendly home *We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering home-cooked meals to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. In addition to English, we also speak Mandarin, which helps us connect with guests from diverse backgrounds. Our home is a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and hospitality.
House Rules
-Curfew: Guests are kindly asked to return by 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekend to ensure the household’s quiet and security. -Visitors: Visitors are only allowed with prior permission from the hosts. -Room Check: Routine room checks may be conducted with advance notice to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. -Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside the home.
