Cozy single room near beach
Overview
Apartment very close to beach near Village centre with a good bus transport network, only one person leaves in apartment ( me ) two rooms in total the single one is for one guest only , open plan kitchen/living room . I love all kind of music in general and I have a good sound system in my living room and flat tv , I am a good chef in italian cooking and more, I speak english , italian , french and spanish and anybody is welcome.
House Rules
Single room one bed ONE person only no extra guest . No extra guest allowed at anytime during short or long stay , friends , girl -boy friend , family visiting etc. NOT ALLOWED , keep your room clean and respect the house. Check in flexible, check out 12.00 lunch time. Please note 5 nights is your minimum stay when make booking . Payments via bank transfer or pay pal.
