Cozy Shared Studio Central Park
Overview
My apartment is right in the heart of midtown Manhattan. It features a private room with shared bath and kitchen. Convenient to famous NYC attractions, transportation and shops. My home (yes I live there too in my own section) is a good size with a private bedroom for guests with a full sized bed, night stand with a drawer and shelves, a small desk and chair for working, plenty of closet space and an ottoman for sitting as well as for additional storage. There is 1 shared bathroom in the apartment and guests are free to use the sitting area as well. The kitchen is also available to guests. Feel free to use it for storing or preparing vegan foods only. Please - no animal-based items (i.e. no animal flesh, dairy, eggs, honey) in the kitchen or in the apartment. $80 a night. $500 a week. $1800 for 1 month.
House Rules
My place is quiet with no animals living on the premises. Guests are free to come and go as they please. My only rules are: No smoking/vaping, no alcohol drinkers or other recreational drugs. Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. And of course no animal flesh, eggs or dairy in my place. at any time. Please wash dishes and clean up after using the kitchen.
