Welcome to our home! Our apartment is located in a strategic area in north-central Quito. Here you'll find everything within walking distance: supermarkets, parks, bars, restaurants, shopping centers, and movie theaters. It's a quiet neighborhood with excellent access to transportation and surrounded by amenities. We offer comfortable single rooms, ideal for students, volunteers, or tourists from all over the world. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. We speak Spanish and English, so we're happy to help you navigate the city, give you recommendations, or simply share a good time. We look forward to seeing you!
House Rules
To ensure a harmonious and respectful coexistence, we ask you to observe the following rules: No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; however, smoking is permitted on the patio. Drug use is not permitted. Outside visitors are welcome with prior notice. Out of respect for all household members, noise should be avoided after 10:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding!
