Cozy rooms in Barra
Overview
Apartment well located in the Barra neighborhood, on the 14th floor and with a beautiful view of Baía de Todos os Santos. The building is very safe, comfortable and familiar. I live in a 115m² apartment with my 36-year-old daughter and our canine mascot Paçoca (mutt), I speak English and Spanish. From Monday to Friday we will normally not be home during the day. We offer two large, airy and cozy double bedrooms. The guest will have access to the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen and laundry area, and may use them, as long as everything is kept in order. We offer cleaning from Monday to Friday. We are reserved people, but we also like a good chat!
House Rules
Please keep our house tidy, safe and quiet. We do not accept visitors. Access to the kitchen is free, as long as the guest uses his own food and arranges everything after use. Laundry facilities are available once a week. Enjoy your stay and take care of our home as if it were yours!
