Quiet private room in a luxury residence We offer a locked room located in a 200 m² family apartment, offering a peaceful and refined setting. Your space: • 160 x 200 x 30 cm bed with a cashmere, wool, and silk mattress for absolute comfort. • Private bathroom with shower, toilet, towels, bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer. • An additional toilet is available in the entrance hall for overnight use. You will also have access to: • A spacious 45 m² dining room. • A terrace offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse Tower, just for you :) Gourmet homemade breakfast: Served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., it will be carefully prepared by us, either in the dining room or on the terrace. You can enjoy: • Coffee (Nespresso, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, or premium whole bean coffee), artisanal hot chocolate (Chapon), or exceptional tea. • Pastries (croissant, pain au chocolat), brioche, homemade bread, and many other treats, according to your preferences. • Freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit blend, or homemade smoothie: a real treat! Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you have a delicious and memorable morning, while benefiting from my training as a pastry chef. Additional Information: • The apartment is equipped with an elevator and is shared with us, the owners, as well as a small dog. • For guests with pet allergies, we recommend special accommodation. • For everyone's peace and quiet, nighttime comings and goings are prohibited. House Rules
Good morning, You enter a 200 m2 apartment with access to a 100 m2 terrace furnished with two sun loungers, table and 8 chairs, small table for your comfort. All reservations must be paid in cash on arrival, proof of identity is also required with the individual form which must be completed only for foreigners, it is mandatory, an invoice will be issued. The floor of the apartment is parquet, for hygiene reasons we ask that shoes remain at the entrance. At home there is no noise, we close the doors without slamming them. Entry into the room from 16 hours before on request when booking Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it like your own home for the duration of your stay. Nocturnal outings are prohibited; you must enter the apartment no later than 11 p.m. We work, which is why we are demanding about noise and entry and exit into our apartment. If you want to go out at night, book a hotel. We thank you for your understanding. Two members of the family speak English. THANKS REGULATIONS RELATING TO TOBACCO CONSUMPTION It is forbidden to smoke in the room on the terrace you have an ashtray available.
