Our house is located in a quiet and safe suburb. We are about 20 mins drive from the airport. 12-minute walk to York University. Convenient for taking bus or train.

Please note: **Maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and kitchen after use. **Respect everyone in the home. **Friends are not allowed unless you have permission. **No drinking alcohol, drugs, or smoking. **Open communication is very important to avoid misunderstanding. Cancellations for advance bookings/Booking updates: ***Guests who want to cancel reservations, must notify the host, 4 weeks before arrival, to be able to accept new guests. ***Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival*** ***Minimum booking is at least 1 week and the maximum is up to a year. Confirmed short-term bookings should notify the host if there are changes. ***PLEASE NOTE: Check-in - 3:00 PM Check out - 11:00 AM Smoking is not allowed. SMOKING RULES Smoking is not allowed.
