House Rules

Guests are required to have a daily work or study activity that they regularly attend, pay their bills punctually between the 1st and 3rd of each month, and have valid documentation and a criminal record certificate because they will be living with a minor in the property. Please do not touch the cat, refrain from making noise, and respect the community and family rules. Please tidy and clean the common areas after use, have your room tidy for the weekly cleaning day, and not bring guests without prior authorization from the family.
