Overview
A cozy and intimate 2 bed/ 1 bath apartment close to parks, coffee shops, grocery stores and bus stops. This classically styled apartment located just of Malahide road has been freshly renovated, offering the optimal comfort for a “feel at home” vibe. Parking is included in the facilities should you choose to avail of it. The bus stop is within 5 min walk from the apartment, served by route 15 which has a 24H schedule, as well as bus 27. Clongriffin dart station is about 5 min drive from the apartment. Portmanock beach is about 10 min drive, and the airport is a 15 min drive from the property. Myself and my husband are two tidy working professionals looking to welcome a new housemate in our apartment. In our free time we love to go for a hike, a swim or ride our bicycles in St. Anne’s Park. We also love food, therefore exploring a lot of gastronomy:). We have a lovely cat Mira, that might want to give you a cuddle, although she sleeps the majority of the time:).
