What's included in the price: - 1 single junior bedroom or - 1 double bedroom. - 1 Shared bathroom (between 2 rooms) - 1 share living room so you can relax and enjoy some movie entertainment. Free parking in front. First come first serve. 10% discount on monthly long term rental. Cancellation policy: For long term (more than 1 month), cancel before 3 weeks the arrival date. For short term (less than 1 month), cancel before 1 week the arrival date. Checkin from 2pm-4pm. Checkout before 12pm. Hope you guys enjoy your stay. Thanks
House Rules
Free Laundry after 7pm weekday. Weekend anytime. Other time $5/load. No eating and drinking in the room. Turn off all the lights when leave the house. No smoking. Quiet after 9pm. No pet No party or drinking Please note that bus only available from Monday to Friday. Cooking for long term rental only (more than a month) otherwise, you're welcome to use the kitchen utensils, fridge, toaster or oven.
