House Rules
- No Smoking Indoors: Ensure the house remains smoke-free for everyone’s comfort and safety. Smoking is permitted outside only. - Security: Keep the home secure by locking doors and windows when leaving. Do not share keys with anyone. - Kitchen Use: Guests can use the kitchen but should clean up after themselves. Label your food items and respect others’ belongings. - Guest Policy: No strangers allowed without prior permission. If guests want to invite friends over, they should ask first. No sleepovers are allowed. - Noise Levels: Maintain quiet hours after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Use headphones for music or TV during these hours. - Cleanliness: Guests should keep their rooms tidy and not leave wet clothes or towels lying around. Common areas should be kept clean and free of personal items. - Respect for Property: Guests should not rearrange furniture or stick anything to the walls without permission. Report any damages immediately. - Respect for Others: Respect everyone at all times. Be considerate of others’ schedules and personal space. - Utilities: Conserve water and electricity. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. - Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling properly. Follow the local guidelines for sorting and disposal. - Rent: Rent is due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur a fee.
