We offer a bright, sunny bedroom in an open plan modern loft. The loft is in an industrial building that was converted in the 1970's, the exterior is still is an active graffiti site! Please note- the space has a 2 flight walk-up. The neighborhood is very safe and lively. Subway- L train- one stop from Manhattan- Bedford Ave., Ferry is a few blocks away. Enjoy our home but please no guests, no parties. Keep it clean and safe! Check in after 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am. We ask our guests to give us 25% payment at time of booking and at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this deposit will not be refunded.
