Comfortable room with all amenities included in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The room is located in the basement of a house. Living room area, TV, Wifi, fridge and coffee machine included in the space. The room is spacious, comes with a closet, small dresser and night stand. I live in the upper floor of the house. I work long days so would appreciate a professional and quiet worker as well. Stove and kitchen sink will be shared in the upper floor, same as laundry room. Great location in town! 15 min to downtown Salt Lake, 15 min to Salt Lake City Airpoirt, 35 min to Park City
