House Rules
Please be prepared to present a physical Canadian government-issued ID or a physical foreign passport at check-in. (No pictures or photocopies allowed) **House Rules:** - An emergency contact number must be provided. - No shoes inside the house; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. - No open flames (candles or incense). - No overnight guests without prior consent. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. - Pets are not allowed. - Parties are strictly prohibited. - Food is only permitted in the kitchen/dining area. - Keep your personal space and room clean, tidy, and hygienic. - Common areas must be kept clean at all times. **Check-in & Check-out:** - Check-in begins at 3 PM, with early check-in available upon request. - Check-out is at 11 AM, with late check-out available when possible. Payment Method: To confirm your homestay reservation, we require advance payment for the first three nights. This amount is non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed online, we’ll provide our bank details for payment. Cancellation Policy: As a small homestay, cancellations affect us greatly. We ask for at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel. Please note that the advance payment for the first three nights is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. **Other Important Notes:** - The registered guest is responsible for any accidental or intentional damage to the room or common areas. - For protection of your privacy and peaceful enjoyment of neighbours, please avoid phone conversations on balconies or patios, in the front porch or backyard, and on the footpath in front of the property. - For the health and comfort of all residents and guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of any substances are strictly prohibited in the following areas: • Indoors, in any part of the property • On balconies or patios • In the front yard or backyard We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone.
