In a very quiet area and just 5-10 min to drive to University CSUN, Piers College Very friendly atmosphere with a lot of light and friendliness. All of guests are very happy staying here. We specialize in guests who are staying one month or more.. The price is for one person only. We can accommodate more people for an extra price upon inquiry. There is a cleaning fee of $150 ( one time) and refundable security deposit of $1000 , totally refundable if there is no damages to the property
