You have half access to kitchen (use only microwave, toaster, kettle and sink) and living room. You will stay here with the 2 hosts, a couple: Szilvia and Gabor. They are both professionals.
House Rules
- No Children. - No Smoking. - No Parties. - No Pets. - Quiet hours: 21:00-08:00 - Please be sensitive to other people in the flat, especially regarding noise late at night. - Good manners, cleanliness and good hygiene is very important and is expected from everyone living in the flat. - If you lose the key you will have to pay for replacing that (£35). - Smoking is allowed outdoors only. - A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a PayPal/Revolut payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
