Overview
Welcome! Our house is strategically located 2mins walk to the Tampines West MRT station (Blue Line), approximately 10mins drive from airport. 30-40mins to town. We have plenty of amenities such as coffeeshops, hair salon, markets, shopping mall within reach. Simple family consists of 3 of us - husband, wife and our young adult son. We have a common bedroom which is airy, spacious and fully furnished to share. We speak mainly in English, otherwise in Cantonese and Mandarin too!
House Rules
We welcome the guest but due to our allergies and trying to reduce carbon footprint we would like our guest to abide the followings: - no smoking in the entire house including the room guest is staying - no bringing of guest/s - no pet - all electrical power like air-con, lightings has to be switched off before leaving the room or house - do you own laundry - no cooking Home Cooked meals on request basis, charges separate.

A comfortable cooling room suitable for max 2 persons. Room rate quoted for 1 pax, double will be a different charge. Fully furnished with wardrobe, writing desk, chair and bookcase. I am a home cook and meals can be arranged for an optional cost.
