Our home two story, four car parking space is located by the house. Home is spacious. From the moment you walk through the front door you will like the layout. There is a living room, kids room, dining room and a garden. ◆Rental bike 3hours 1,000jpy There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. We can prepare light breakfast(1,000jpy), lunch(1,000jpy) and dinner(1,500jpy). In neighborhood, there is a park for kids nearby. The closest grocery stores are Maxvalue, Create, Don Quijote, Seiyu and Seria. 100 yen shop and CVS are very close. Nearby restaurants include Izakaya, Denny's, Chinese Restaurant, Steak House, Japanese Restaurant , KFC, Mc Donald, Ramen shop and Many Many More!! *Check in 15:00 _ Check out 10:00 (plus 1,000Jpy for early check in and late check out) Full payment is required (30days)before arrival please contact us for payment arrangements. For the payment, you can use your PayPal account/ Wise / PayPay. If you want to change your schedule please tell us before 8 weeks of your staying. For the cancel, it's free if you tell us before 150days of your staying. After you booked it is non-refundable. Cancellation fee: If cancelled at least 150days prior to arrival no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 150days before arrival date a 15% cancellation fee applies, 120days before arrival date a 50%, within 90days before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee applies. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Can use Parking. Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over just check with us first (additional accommodation will be charged). No drugs, no boyfriends/girlfriends or any party in the home. Please enjoy your stay !!
