House Rules
Payment method Once the guest reserves, they pay 15% of the host platform, requesting 85% of the payment when the accommodation is delivered with everything working properly. No smoking inside the house (smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas) No pets No loud noises after 10 pm Maximum 4 people in the entire house At check out, the entire house is checked and if something is found damaged, the guest pays for it. Cancellation policy There is no refund of the reservation only if the guest contacts us requesting cancellation 7 days before entering the accommodation
