Comfortable three bedroom home with a quiet working couple and one cat. House is fully insulated with heat pump, fully fenced backyard and a large deck outside that gets great afternoon sun. Can arrange airport pick ups and drop offs for NZ$40 each way - if required please let us know in advance. Happy to arrange bus and train timetables and any other information you may need prior to your arrival. Please let us know in advance. Great location in Lower Hutt. Convenient for transport Queensgate shopping mall 5 minutes away by bus or car Hutt hospital 3 minutes by bus or car. Bus stop right outside Train station 800 meters away Wellington City 25 minutes by train.
House Rules
Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Feel free to use the living spaces such as kitchen, laundry, bathroom and lounge but please clean up after yourself. Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm and we will do the same. Please do not invite strangers into our home without prior arrangement. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home. Smokers outside only please.
