Cozy House -- Friendly Family
Overview
Stately brick home on large corner lot. Living, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor where home cooked meals are served. There is a small "half bath" on the first floor as well. Bedrooms and a large, full - recently remodeled - bathroom are on the second floor. Everyone looks forward to dinner times where conversations are lively, spirited, enjoyable and informative. The family dog is well mannered and adds to the family atmosphere. Home is right on the bus line to the near-by college and university.
House Rules
Kitchen use is restricted. Meals are incurred at additional cost. Alcohol consumption is not permissible. Homestay guests are not allowed to entertain overnight guests without prior approval -- Single occupancy unless approved by owner Remember: the host is not your maid, please adhere to the following guidelines. Please pick up after yourself. Please put things back where you find them, if you've moved them. Please throw your own garbage away in guest garbage cans. Please don't leave the bathroom a mess for the next guest who uses it. Please put your dirty dishes in the sink, and help replace the clean dishes. No food in the bedrooms. Period. Guests staying longer than 1 week are responsible for the upkeep of their own rooms to include vacuuming and the laundering of bedding (which is provided) No drugs No weed smoking in or around building premises. No additional furniture bought into home

This room has a double bed with two windows one facing east and the other facing south. The double bed could be used by a couple but I prefer students
