This is a beautiful cozy home where you can come relax, and feel like home. Near bus stops, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping center and not too far from Disney. You have a beautiful porch, one car garage parking and many amenities near by. You have the right to use kitchen, laundry and back patio. You have private bathroom and outside deck to smoke and enjoy the view.

-No Pets -No smoking in the house -Is a quiet house at 12 I’ll like my doors to be close. - Clean after yourself and maintain a clean room. - If you do cook, clean after yourself.

This is a large bedroom, you will have your own fridge, TV, 2 closets for your clothes, private bathroom with 2 sinks, and a beautiful private deck that you can use to enjoy the nice view outside or smoke.
Single room includes bed, tv , closet for clothes storage , a bright window with nice view. You will be sharing with me and my brother the kitchen, fridge, laundry and patio.
