Overview
I live alone, I am a young lady and I am interested in receiving people who seek a harmonic, safe and well located environment (near Shopping, restaurants, subway, supermarket, drugstores, MC Donald's and 15 minutes from the airport).
House Rules
There can be no noise between 10pm and 8am. Guests can not receive visitors inside the property, visits can be received in the common area of the condominium. No pets allowed. The lights in the bedroom should be cleared while the guest sleeps. The air conditioner can only be turned on at night. Kitchen appliances and utensils may be used and cleaning should take place immediately after use. The guest room should remain tidy and can not be locked to allow cleaning to occur throughout the day. It is not allowed to store food in the closets of the bedroom, a cabinet is available in the kitchen for this purpose. It is not allowed to enter with street shoes in the bathroom to maintain the hygiene of the environment, one can use appropriate slippers. It is not allowed to walk naked in the common areas of the property. The use of alcohol and drugs is prohibited. It is mandatory that after use the bath towel is hung in the bathroom, in an appropriate place, or in the service area. It is not allowed to sleep on the sofa in the living room.
