Overview
Female only! Nice, bright room with double bed in family home. Kitchen access available in the evenings - 6 to 8pm! Shared bathroom with other females. Suits students/interns/professionals. Not suitable for holidays or those working from home. 12 minutes' walk to UCD and St Vincent's Hospital. Short bus ride into city (12 mins) or 30 minute walk - very frequent service. Bike storage available. Free parking if you have a car. Must like dogs! For bookings of 2 weeks or less, full payment is to be made via Paypal or Revolut as soon as booking is accepted, thank you. For bookings of 2 weeks or more, half the payment is to be made on booking, with the remainder to be paid on day of arrival, thank you. A 400 euro security deposit is also required on arrival. House Rules
Guest may smoke outside. No visitors allowed without permission. No cooking during the day. Kitchen access is from 6-8pm. Long-terms guests may store their own breakfast items in fridge.
