My home is suburban just on the outside of Greensboro NC. I live there infrequently and my adult daughter lives in the third bedroom. One private bedroom is available for rent with a shared bathroom. Bedroom is completely furnished with remote ceiling fan, dresser with mirror , walk in closet, and mounted Roku TV. Washer/dryer on premises in the hallway Spacious open floor plan with fireplace gas logs. Dedicated parking space available.
House Rules
No smoking in the house. Guest are welcome from 8am to 10 pm. No overnight guests. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7:59 am.
