Cozy Cottage in Sin City
Overview
This is a three bedroom home with one room available for your stay. It is carpeted, roughly 11x13 with queen bed, two nightstands, a desk, chair, tv, with 4 cubbies and bins to serve as a dresser. Guest will have full access to kitchen, living and dining room, washer/dryer, and massage chair. Guest must have a completed profile with picture, provide travel itinerary, and have stayed with at least one other host. Kindly give as much notice as possible prior to booking so I can adjust my work schedule to be home to receive you. Requests with less than 24 hours may be declined.

Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay a deposit equivalent to one night's stay to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) We accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 day's notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. No overnight guests other than those on the booking. Clean up after yourself. Be respectful of your noise level as host lives onsite.
