Welcome to our peaceful and spacious home located in a prime location with excellent transport links. If you're looking for a spot that gives you easy access to Dublin City Centre, UCD, Bray, Dun Laoghaire and beyond, this is it. With bus routes 145, 155, 45A, 84, 7B, and the Aircoach only a 5-minute walk away, and the Green line Luas and Dart station within a short walking distance, you'll find commuting a breeze. Your stay will be in a comfortable single bedroom that's been thoughtfully furnished with a desk and a wardrobe for your use. It features a wooden floor and curtains. Living in our home means enjoying all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. This includes utilities, which are all covered in the room price - no additional bills to worry about! While we welcome all responsible and respectful guests, we have a slight preference for students, given the proximity to several educational institutions. Sharing our home with you are my mother and sister - both friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your space. They're looking forward to meeting a housemate who values quietness and tidiness as much as they do.
