Clean, cozy apartment, in a quiet street, 5 'from Santa JUSTA, and less than a historic center, well connected to the entire city and 10'a drive from the airport. I rent a room with two beds, all new. I do not admit pets or smokers. I can accompany you to know the city. Health center 50 meters from the house. Supermarkets and banks throughout the block, rental bicycles, very good gym 100 meters, kitchen with high-end appliances.
House Rules
No pets, no smokers, I accept the use of the kitchen for breakfast and no meals. I don't use drugs. I can accompany you to get to know the city, being a residential area, please do not arrive late at night and respect the rest of the neighbors

The bed can be converted into a double and two people can sleep. The mattresses have been shared 2 months ago, just like the bed. It opens onto a very pleasant and cool patio in summer, in winter it is very warm due to its climalit windows.
