■ Nighttime Tranquility: We're located in a peaceful, family neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise in the stairs and in apartment, especially at night. Remember people work next day! ■ Take care of the planet: We are currently experiencing a drought. Please use water very responsibly to help protect the environment and our community. ■ Security: Ensure you lock the main door when entering and exiting the apartment to guarantee everyone's safety. ■ Beach Towels: Please refrain from taking our bathroom towels to the beach. I'd be happy to provide beach towels if needed! ■ Smoke-Free Zone: Please don't smoke inside the apartment, neither on the balcony. If you'd like to smoke, you can do so outside on the street. ■ Care for the Space: I value keeping everything spotless for you. If you use the kitchen or bathroom, I appreciate if you leave it as clean as you found it. ■ Welcome: In order to welcome you the best way we will talk a week before to confirm arrival times.
