Cozy Brand-New Casita
Overview
My husband Chuck and I are longtime residents of Las Cruces. Our Casita has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a brand new subdivision close to a professional golf course located at the foothills of the Majestic Organ Mountains. It has its own private entrance with ramp and no stairs. The kitchenette has everything needed to make a meal including all new appliances. Microwave, mini oven with air fryer, toaster, hot plate with 2 burners, dishwasher and mini retro refrigerator. The Casita has a private bedroom with private bathroom, living area with new big screen smart TV. Air mattress is available if needed for a couple of extra guests. Short drive to White Sands National Park, NASA, and White Sands Military Base. Easy access to highway 70 that leads to shopping and other nice restaurants. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty of Southern New Mexico, we are near walking paths, biking areas, splash pads and parks for all ages. This is an ideal place for anyone wanting to enjoy a high standard area. Hosts offer a laundry service for a small fee along with a private in-house luxurious Beauty and Pedicure Salon. Guests wanting to indulge in some serious self-pampering while enjoying a cocktail without leaving the premises are more than welcome to book an appointment. We look forward to hosting you!
