There are mini fridge in laundry room which is beside bedroom. Those are dedicated for guest. And washer and dryer. Our family are living here. only 2 people. Guest can access shared space, like Family room, kitchen room, dining room, living room, den, balcony, front and back garden. Actually guests have dedicated mini frige beside bedroom. The den can be work space if guest has meeting, study or work. Bedroom also has desk for study. Note: This house is No Smoking, No Drugs, No Party. The wide street offers free parking, spacious space. Perfectly located for both nature lovers and city explorers! Nestled on a private, no-exit street with only 10 houses, this home offers a peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. Very quiet street. The Bert Flinn Park entrance is just 1 minute walk away, leading to scenic forest trails. And sea/beach is also nearby, go through a shortcut in forest, 15 mins walk. A lot of supermarket nearby, 6 mins to Kin's Farm Market and Meiga supermarket, 12 minutes to Coquitlam Center Mall(T&T, Walmart, etc), 24 mins drive to Costco. 1 minute walk to the entrance of Forest trail, 7 minutes walk to the bus station(182, 183), 5 minutes drive to library, 6 minutes drive to Inlet SkyTrain station, 45 mins skytrain to Vancouver downtown. 8 mins drive to explore nearby Rocky Point Park, Shoreline Park, and Old Orchard Park, all by the sea. 15 mins walk to the sea via shortcut going through forest, 16 mins drive to Barnet Marine Park, 18 mins drive to Belcarra Reginal Park and Buntzen lake. 13 mins drive to Sasamat Lake and White Pine Beach!
