Overview
I have 3 bedroom home in a mature settled area near tallaght village. Bustop is 3 min walk from house. I live with my daughter and dog who is super friendly. I have a single room available. Bathroom is shared. Kitchen facilities available, cooker,microwave washing machine.
House Rules
Homestay Deposit and Payment in Advance of Arrival: PLEASE NOTE THE 15% FEE paid during booking confirmation is paid directly to Homestay.com, not to me. They keep this money as they are the acting agents. Very important to read: Rent is paid one week in advance and one week deposit on arrival. Deposit is returned on departure. Cash payment is preferable or revolut. Identification: 1. I REQUIRE A COPY OF PROOF OF ID such as a passport. 2. Proof of attendance to a college, internship, or job you will attend for your stay. No animals allowed. House Management: Please keep my home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving. No visitors allowed. Kitchen: 1. No cooking after 21.00, mornings are for continental breakfast only. 2. Kitchen is for preparing and eating meals only and times will be agreed on by me. 3. Clean kitchen after use. 4. Allocated days will be giving for use of washing machine and clothes horse for long term stays. Bedroom. It is your responsibility to keep your room clean, hoover, cleaning products will be available. Lights and plugs out when not in use, remember to plug electrics out. Phones not to be kept in bed, under pillows at night due to fire risk. Bathroom Shower only, bathtub is not for use. Please clean shower after use and remove hair from drain. 10 mins max in shower. No Hair Dyes Allowed. Please do hair and makeup in private bathroom. Very important: if you OPEN windows please close before leaving the house or going to bed. If it's a kitchen or downstairs window please CLOSE before you go upstairs. Should I have a break-in/robbery due to windows being left open even in error YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all theft and damage. The same applies if the front or back doors are not locked after you. Central Heating/Hot Water: PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST the central heating/hot water settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you if I think it necessary. The house is very well insulated and retains the heat. There is constant hot water. Other House Rules: Keep noise to a minimum after 22.00 as this is a residential area and I have neighbours living on each side of me. I am also living in the house with my daughter. Key provided if lost will be 50euro charge. NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Please do not smoke inside the house however you can smoke outside but use the ashtrays for cigarette butts and not the garden etc. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT SMOKING IN BEDROOMS OR INSIDE THE HOUSE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE MY HOME IMMEDIATELY OR BY FIRST LIGHT THE NEXT DAY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Please do not invite strangers into my home. NO PETS ALLOWED Please let me know if you are not coming home any night as I am a natural worrier and don’t want to be worrying about your safety unnecessarily. Please enjoy your stay. Treat my house with respect as you would your own home!
