Beautiful private double room ensuite with own private living area in a house in the beautiful East co Galway countryside. Own transport required but there is plenty parking. Female occupancy preferred. Galway 40minutes, Athlone 35minutes, Portumna 20minutes and Ballinasloe 25minsutes. Lovely woods great for walking of mountain biking 10 minutes walk from property and organic cafe. Convenience store less than 1mile away. Owner occupied and the house is shared with a couple of friendly dogs, a cat and a few horses outside your window. Fluent in English and Italian.
House Rules
Respect my quiet and my animals and their requirements (care, feeding, outside time). NO smoking. Pets allowed pending they get on with the resident ones. Coeliac (gluten free) food only in the main kitchen but mini cooking facilities provided in own space for non gluten free food and storage.
