Overview
My home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a sunroom and large decking with a bbq. The house also has a large lounge and plasma TV. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The guests have a shared use of these facilities with the host. THE GUESTS HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE REMAINING 2 BEDROOMS AND PRIVATE BATHROOM.
House Rules
I am looking for a clean living quiet guests. I do not allow parties and loud music and want guests who respect my home. Other than that i am easy going. I don't smoke and don't allow smoking inside my home. Non negotiable. Please no pets.
