Cosy room close to the city centre

Hello everyone! I'm a single mum with a lovely apartment in the Aurora area, and I have a spare room available. I live with my 6-year-old son and our cats, and we speak both English and Italian. I also speak French and I’m learning Hungarian. The apartment has been renovated last year and boasts high-speed internet, a shared bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a washing machine, and a microwave, along with three bedrooms. Each room is furnished with new furniture. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and is well-connected by public transport. There's also an option to park your bicycle in the secure enclosed courtyard. Free parking on the street, swimming pool and gym just across the street. Please note that we are happy to rent only to a tidy and clean individual who is keen to socialise and share the common spaces. Vegetarians/vegans and LGBTQ welcome, no smoking or vaping.
House Rules
You'll find a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere here. Feel free to use the kitchen for breakfast, light lunches, or warm-up meals. However, please note that smoking, vaping, and parties are not permitted in the house.
