Cozy room in a sunny penthouse right in the heart of CDMX (San Pedro de Los Pinos)! Comes with a private bathroom, closet, WiFi, and laundryroom (shared). We’re Eduardo and Alejandro—roomies for 7 years and expert hosts who’ll make you feel right at home!
House Rules
1. Respect quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 6 AM. 2. No smoking – This is a smoke-free home. 3. No visitors – For everyone's safety, only registered guests are allowed. 4. Clean up after yourself – Especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and laundry area. 5. Laundry – You may use the laundry facilities once per week. Let us know in advance. 6. Keep your room tidy – We’ll respect your space, please do the same. 7. Bathroom etiquette – Please leave it clean and dry after use. 8. No parties or loud music – Let’s keep the vibe chill for everyone. 9. Lock up – Always lock the door when entering or leaving the apartment. 10. Have fun and feel at home! – We’re here if you need anything.
