Cosy duplex near the lake

Hello, I'm Nadia. Our family of 4 lives in a newly detached house in a cozy lake suburd community Auburn Bay in SE of Calgary. Also, we have a cat in a house. At the moment we have 1 bedroom to host a student. The bedroom located in the basement and has access to the living room downstairs and a private bathroom. Our house in 2 minutes walking distance from the bus stop and great amenities throughout our neighborhood. We are on a quiet street with a lake in our community for the residents only. We are friendly and outing and love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Our family likes to do fun activities such as biking, soccer, tennis, swimming, fishing, travel, etc. Home language: English, Ukrainian. This bedroom is in the basement, it has enough space for 1person, big wall mirror , nightstand, wardrobe. The guest has a private washrooms in the next door and access to the common area with TV, minibar, cozy sofa with the fireplace in the same floor.
