Cosy convenient apartment
Overview
Our apartment is only 5 years olds, lives in 79m2 in the east side of Xi'an. There are one salon , a single room , a double room with a balcony, a large kitchen and a bathroom. Our home is a 5 minute walk to the subway and the bus stations to go to centre city. There are many various shops, supermarkets, and typical restaurants in the zone, for life is very convenient. Our zone is very safe and on a quiet road, our apartment is sit in a residential area , nearby the schools. We live in an other apartment , so this apartment is independent only for the guests，you can enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! We love the people comes from the different country and we have plenty of hospitality to share with you !
House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance

Double room This room is a large double room for 1 person or for a couple. It is on the ground floor south facing, with lots of sunshine.
This is the sigle room has a single bed for 1 person also with a big wardrobe and a desk it’s nice and bright.
