1. Room type Fully private. make yourselves like home! 2. When I host guests I am down to go eat lunch, dinner and grab drinks etc with guests when I am free. If you want me to leave you alone and just want to rent out the space during your stay, it would be fine for me too. 3. Room facilities Sofa bed, futon*, table, 2 chairs, AC, fridge, kitchen, shower room, closet, shoe box, Wifi, microwave, fan, etc. * When 2 guests are coming, I will prepare it. 4. Other services Bicycle rent, car transport service, E-bike and E-scooter sharing service (LUUP) 5. Nearby facilities Supermarket, convenience stores, gym, laundry, restaurants, bars, first food chain within 5 min by walk from the room. 6. Access 【The close train stations】 Chidoricho station (5 min by walk), Musashinitta station (7 minutes by walk), Shimomaruko station (10 minutes by walk) 【To the downtown】 Kamata (10min), Gotanda (20min), Shibuya (30 min), Shinagawa (30min), Yokohama (30min), Shinjuku (40 min) 【To the Haneda airport】 20 ~ 30 min by car or bus 7. About the host I studied abroad in the Atlanta, the United States for a year and studied in Salamanca, Spain for a year when I was a student so speak English and Spanish. I was born and raised in Tokyo so let me know if you want to know where to visit during your stay. I can tell you amazing spots in Tokyo that the guidebooks do not introduce!
House Rules
・Please pay by cash or paypal upon arrival. If you pay by PayPal, there is a 5% handling fee. ・Upon check-in, we will need a copy of your identification for security purposes. I appreciate your understanding. ・Please do not make much noise especially after 11pm. We will appreciate your consideration of our neighbors. ・Please turn off the light and AC when you go out. ・Smoking inside the room is prohibited. Please smoke at a balcony. ・Make sure to separate 2 types of trash that are plastic bottles, cans, bins and general trash. 2 trash bins will be prepared to sort out and let us know when bins are full. We will replace the new bins. ・A pocket WIFI will be provided and it is possible to use it outside. However, we will fine you 50,000 yen in case you lose it. Thank you for your understanding. ・We will fine you 20,000 yen in case you lose the room key. Thank you for your understanding. ・During your stay, your privacy will be secured 100%. We have a spare key, but we will never get in the room without your permission except for emergency cases.
