This homestay is best suited to younger guests/ students/travelers. NON-SMOKERS ONLY ARRIVAL TIME- 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. ONLY ( exceptions can be requested) DEPARTURE TIME- 11:30 a.m. PLEASE- Read the ENTIRE listing and my Homestay RULES before requesting! Thank You PLEASE- Have a recent pic on here, so I can identify you upon arrival. Thank You I require at least 48 HOURS notice to accept bookings. Stays of 4 nights minimum NO ALCOHOL/ NON SMOKERS ONLY/ NO ILLEGAL DRUGS Microwave/ rice cooker/ toaster for use. NO USE OF STOVE/ OVEN/ KITCHEN CAT LOVER ONLY. I have cats and they are very well behaved. No cat ALLERGIES. All bedding/ towels supplied CASH PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL. Thank You I provide some packaged breakfast items included in booking as bonus Microwave/ rice cooker/ toaster/ small bar fridge NO USE OF- stove/ oven/ countertop for food prep Guests with plans/ activities during bulk of daytime/ business hours, outside of the homestay PLEASE- INCLUDING guests who plan to "work remotely"

Please- READ and AGREE to all homestay rules before requesting booking. Non-Smoking guests only please. No unauthorized visitors, alcohol or illegal substances. SORRY PETS NOT PERMITTED Stays of up to 29 nights ONLY. Extension can be discussed during the homestay. ONE washroom in the home is allocated and may be shared by one other Homestay guest. Use of microwave, rice cooker, toaster, bar fridge in room. NO USE OF STOVE/ OVEN/ KITCHEN PREP Laundry facilities available-every 4 days of stay CAT LOVERS ONLY- GENUINE CAT LOVERS ONE SHOWER PER DAY- MORNING or EARLY EVENING We strive to keep our rates as low as possible. Independent and DRAMA-FREE guests welcome. We welcome guests who have planned activities outside of the homestay ONLY. This homestay is best suited for guests with plans/ schedule/ activities during "business" (daytime) hours Guests who stay in their room for hours other than coming out to use microwave or washroom PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE. PERSONAL HYGEINE IS ESSENTIAL to this homestay. No spitting/ hawking up phlegm in bathroom/ shower. The booking will be terminated. Some light packaged breakfast items will be included at no extra charge. NO USE OF STOVE/ OVEN/ KITCHEN PREP BEFORE CONFIRMING a booking, please be familiar with all conditions and rules, and confirm you have read and agree.
