Convenient but peaceful - pool too
Overview
Large townhouse with bedrooms upstairs, share bathroom, two separate toilets. Friendly pets; cats and cute small dog. Beautiful peaceful garden areas. Uncover area to dry washing. Fully furnished smaller room, or larger room with huge wardrobe. Both have ceiling fans but larger room has lots of open windows as well. Smaller room has desk and chair with lamp, drawers and hanging space. Use of swimming pool, full sized tennis court and bush walk for the complex (shared).
House Rules
Please make sure entrance doors are locked at all times and keys placed on shelf at bottom of stairs when home. Smoking / vaping is only at front of property. Prefer payment in advance to secure booking. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior for full refund.
