We are 4 people: father, mother and 2 children (girls) being 1 toddler and 1 baby. We live in Contagem city (nearby Minas Gerais capital). We live in a penthouse apartment with 4 bedrooms where 3 are located in the 1st level and 1 in the 2nd level. We will rent the room located in the 2nd level where we have also 1 bathroom (private for the renter) and an open area with barbecue grill.
