This is a one bedroom flat in Central London, Holborn Zone 1. Up for rent is a PRIVATE living room with a very COMFORTABLE sofa-bed with a proper MEMORY FOAM TICK MATTRESS that sleeps 2, 42 inch TV with Amazon Prime, a dining table, a desk, plenty of lights and sockets. On the corridor of the flat there is also a cctv camera for everyone security.
House Rules
Check-in 3pm Check-out 11am. But I can be flexible expecially to keep your lugguge in my place if needed. Other rules, Just be respectful to me, to the property and to the neighbours. Building rules ; After 11pm until 8 am are not allowed any noise.
