Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). House Rules
The room is only authorized to be occupied by a single person, the guest not unless informed us there is another guest staying for the entire duration of the stay. The full washroom features a large walk-in shower. We provide basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, etc. The shared kitchen is more appropriate for preparing light meals. Cleaning takes place on a weekly basis and bedsheets and fresh towels are also supplied weekly. No parties or events allowed. May not be safe or suitable to accommodate children (0-12 years old). Our home is not suitable for pets.
