Comfy Desert Home
Overview
This is a comfy, cozy room in my home. It has a new queen-sized bed, a desk & chair and half-closet. Your own private bathroom is right outside the bedroom door. Other parts of the house are shared with me (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room). I am retired and self-employed as a bookkeeper and mobile notary, so I work mostly from home. Must love dogs, my boy is senior and loves people (no other pets allowed). Main entry is shared with a keyless lock deadbolt. You will have parking in the driveway (no street parking).
House Rules
You have your own room (queen bed) and separate bathroom, the rest of the home is shared (kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry & backyard with patio) Shared entrance with keypad deadbolt Wi-Fi included Parking available in driveway (no street parking) Must love dogs, my boy is senior and loving to humans (no other pets allowed) No smoking, no drugs. No other guests allowed. No parties. Quiet time after 10pm Refundable Deposit: $300 Cleaning Fee: $100 Excessive electricity use in summer, over normal monthly average, will be added to your room fee.
