Cleanliness: Help us keep the space clean and tidy. Please wash dishes after use and put away any personal belongings. Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed for guests of legal drinking age. Guests: Please inform us in advance if you plan on having any visitors. Safety & Security: Please lock doors and windows when you leave the house or your room. Parking: We offer free parking in our designated area.
