Comfortable Quiet Cozy
Overview
Easy going and quiet environment. A lovely one bedroom and bath are available for use along with access to the open kitchen and living area. I share meals when I cook but feel free to fix your own if you like. Home is located in a safe gated community and just a short walk downhill to a gorgeous beach or bus stop to get into town. Depending on the time you are headed out feel free to catch a ride.
House Rules
No smoking Inside please. All are expected to clean up after themselves and keep rooms tidy. Common area space should be respected. Visitors are not allowed unless preapproved. Please keep bedroom door closed to perserve AC. Maintain safety by locking up when leaving the premises. When I cook you are free to share, assist or fix your own. Make yourself at home.
