Located in Harfield Village, a quaint suburb in Claremont, it's close to several English language schools, shopping centres, coffee shops and restaurants. Home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and furnishings, built-in cupboards, spacious lounge, swimming pool and garden. Includes WiFi, water and electricity. Laundry service available at small fee. A light breakfast and/or healthy cooked supper can be arranged on request. ADDITIONAL INFO I live here and guests will share accommodation with me as host. You'll have the comfort of regular interaction and conversation with an English and Afrikaans-speaking South African.
House Rules
Quiet, tidy and considerate person required who is savvy when it comes to saving water and electricity. I would appreciate someone who can clean up after themselves in the kitchen. Alcohol consumption allowed in moderation but no substance abuse or rowdy returns at night.
